When you contact us, you generally submit the following contact information:

- Phone Number
- Mobile Number
- When you contribute financially online to Goodwill’s mission
When you contribute to Goodwill financially, besides your contact information, you submit the following information:
- Gift amount, date, and any gift restrictions requested by the donor
- Requests to receive event invitations, newsletters, and other periodic updates
We do not sell, rent or exchange donors' personal information. We use donors' personal information for internal purposes only: to advance the charitable mission and activities of Goodwill and/or to process your donation transaction. We do not share your personal information with outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete that donation transaction.
On occasion, Goodwill lists the names of its donors in its annual report or other publications. Donors may contact us to request that they not be included in such lists. Donors may contact us at any time if they wish to be removed from our mailing list. - When you apply online to work for Goodwill
When you submit data online to apply for a position with Goodwill, on http://www.goodwillgreatermc.org/, you are transferred to a secured site run by a third party. The third party securely collects and stores the data you share and provides the information to Goodwill and its’ subsidiary organizations for employment purposes.
Goodwill may access and deactivate/remove profiles that are abused, misused, or inactive.

- When you join Club Goodwill Rewards
Joining Club Goodwill REwards provides you the opportunity to receive exclusive discounts and access to members-only sales. When you sign up for Club Goodwill REwards at one of our Retail Store & Donation Centers, you submit information about yourself which helps us determine the promotions and sales in which you might like to participate. This information is stored securely and internally with Goodwill; our members’ information is never sold, rented, or exchanged to third parties. You’ll receive a membership card giving you access to exclusive sales and promotions.
